Enjoy two market-fresh meals a day cooked on the property by Chef Rosa, the best in El Salvador! Fresh fish, steak, and shrimp are perfectly cooked over a wood-burning outdoor barbeque. Breakfast with market fresh in-season fruit is unbeatable.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS

Grab your surfboard and walk right out onto the beach. There is a great surf break right in front of the house. If surfing is not your thing, head out for a walk along the beautiful, sandy beach that stretches for miles. The house has an assortment of surfboards and boogie boards available for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the view from the outdoor shower as you rinse off from your time in the water. It may become your favorite spot!

The sunsets from the property are breathtaking and you won’t want to miss them.

The evenings after sundown are a great time to hangout by the pool under the light of the moon. The air cools down a bit and it is lovely to spend time outside visiting with friends.

ENTERTAINMENT AREAS AND UNLIMITED PARKING

The property sits on a large lot. Our staff will open and close the security entrance gates as you arrive and head out on your adventures.

Parking is unlimited, and there is extensive usable space to relax, entertain, or even work out.

Our outdoor shaded workout area has pullup bars of varying heights and a beautiful space to roll out a mat to do body weight exercises or yoga. Surrounded by trees and bushes, it beats going to an indoor gym any day.

WORLD-CLASS SURFING JUST MINUTES AWAY!

El Salvador is blessed with unlimited areas to surf for beginner to advanced surfers. Papo can take you to numerous breaks, but one of the best literally sits in front of the property. Grab your board and walk right out into the water!

Within a 10-minute drive you can be at either Punta Roca or El Sunzal surf breaks, which are both world-renowned and have hosted many international surf competitions. Also nearby is the La Paz break, which is an awesome spot for intermediate-level surfers. San Blas beach next to the house has a perfect spot for beginners to learn to surf on white water waves.
